RoboEatz was designed by restaurateurs and aerospace engineers for the
food service industry. The global team is comprised of mechanical and
automation engineers, CAD specialists, chefs and food technologists with
decades of experience running restaurants. Led by entrepreneurs and
corporate leaders who have operational and financial expertise scaling
multiple businesses globally.

Alex Berseghian - Roboeatz - Founder


Founder + Board member

An innovative and entrepreneurial C-level operator whose experience spans a range of industries including retail, payments, technology, consumer packaged goods and loyalty. Highly skilled at scaling businesses – mostly recently, launched a retail product that went from 0-$300m in sales in 24months. He has led and worked with brands such as Kroger, Loblaws, Amazon.com, Starbucks, Google, Apple and Home Depot. Alex has exited 3 successful businesses and is a bestselling Amazon author.



Board member

A focused, entrepreneurial Executive with over 20 years experience in consulting, consumer products, and industrials, with both public and private equity held companies across US, Canada, UK and Latin America. He has had a variety of roles in general management, sales and finance for Diageo, Grohe and Lixil. Most recently, Alex was an operating partner with TPG Growth and Rise, supporting portfolio companies in their value creation plans.

Creative and energetic foodservice professional with a strong IT and Engineering experience. Technology background with Fortune 500 companies in USA, including CMS Energy and Enron. Lead aerospace engineering company in EU. Founded and operated a foodservice chain for more than 15 years. Father of two. Passionate traveler, skier and mountaineer.

Results-driven C-level Executive with over 25 year’s experience in Payments Globally. An innovative and entrepreneurial operator highly skilled at scaling businesses and a legacy of introducing numerous “firsts” across a range of sectors including Fintech, Payments, Retail, Gaming, Financial Services and Telecom. A loving father of 3, his favorite quote is “Sometimes it is the people no one imagines anything of who do the things that no one can imagine”.




Greg has spent the past 25 years working on Wall Street in numerous capacities. Most recently he headed business development / sourcing for the America’s at Davidson Kempner a $35b+ Asset manager where his responsibilities included identifying special situation / esoteric investments for the benefit of the firm. Prior to that he ran investment banking and capital markets at the Seaport Group a boutique investment bank specializing in the distressed market place. Greg also was a partner and head trader at a hedge fund with an emphasis on private investments.

A senior executive with experience across diverse areas of business with industry leading organizations in consumer-packaged goods, retail, and hospitality. Over the past 12+ years have held numerous executive level roles with Recipe Unlimited Corp, the largest full-service restaurant organization in Canada with over 1,400 locations, and some of the responsibilities were restaurant operations, leading the off-premise businesses, restaurant IT, omni-channel contact centers, Guest Experience, and more.
